ABOUT US
Custom Eyes is privately owned and operated by Drs. Mike Sculley and Casey Crumbliss, graduates of the University of Vermont and Northeastern Oklahoma respectively. The two met while attending Illinois College of Optometry and upon graduating they decided to take on the challenge of starting their own practice. In 2003 they opened Custom Eyes on Southport and Custom Eyes on Roscoe in 2005.
As the practice continued to grow, Dr. Jennifer Shoudis, a graduate of University of Chicago and Illinois College of Optometry, joined the team in 2008 and is the full time doctor at the Roscoe Village office. You might catch Mike, Casey and Jen at Cubs games when they’re not working.
